Dealing with Burnout? You are not alone!

Ok people ! Let’s talk this morning about an very important topic ….. 𝗕𝗨𝗥𝗡𝗢𝗨𝗧!!!

Burnout exists & it’s a huge problem for many ! It’s stems by not having the right routines , habits & systems in place ..

Those that feel burnout are often those that have a deep desire to achieve their dreams & accomplish great success . Although there is nothing wrong with that. The problem can be how they go about it .

I know burnout ALL too well !

Its when we get caught up In the “DOING “ and not focusing on the “BEing “

It’s ok to BE ! In fact YOU MUST BE in order to connect with what you truly desire .

Have you ever been juggling soooooooo much that you forget what you were actually working on or why you were doing it .

Did you lose connection with the vision or the purpose of it all ?

The truth is burnout is a HUGE a problem and it WILL steal you focus and your dreams !!

You must pay close attention to YOU !

Create healthy habits to take care your being …. All of it … 𝗠𝗜𝗡𝗗 , 𝗕𝗢𝗗𝗬 & 𝗦𝗣𝗜𝗥𝗜𝗧 !!!

It’s part of personal strength building to work on your capacity for life . To learn how to cope . To learn how to stretch WITHOUT causing yourself to pretty much hurting yourself.

When you are burnout your are NO GOOD to anyone let alone YOURSELF & YOUR DREAMS .

Yes ! I want you to dream ! I want you to take action BUT I want you to build a health routine … create healthy habits ….. follow a system so you can do and still protect yourself along the way …..

Here are some tips I want you to follow in order to protect yourself from burnout … there are no big magic pill ! In fact you know what they are already you just have to remember you are worth taking care of …..

✔️create boundaries… say no to things that don’t serve your purpose . That don’t fit in your schedule . That you simply can’t get to .

✔️build a daily routine that includes self care . DAILY . Self care is not just a hashtag. It’s a necessity. I’m not necessarily speaking about going to the salon although that’s important . I’m taking about CONNECTING with yourself… meditation, yoga , journaling, affirmations etc ….. your vision gets cloudy when you are not in tune with yourself

✔️eat cleaner …. Ummm yeah ! Obviously these was going to be on the list . Food matters ! It can either be medicine for your body or a poison . If you are eating crappy you will feel crappy . Feeling crappy adds to burnout . Less energy , fatigue, poor digestion.. all of these weighs you down ..physically & mentally .

✔️movement … exercise …. Fitness … no it’s not everyone’s favorite pastime BUT you need it ! You blood flow needs it . Your brain needs it . You body’s systems need it . When you are not moving it hurts ALL of you . Movement releases endorphins and serotonin in the brain. These are your HAPPY 😃 hormones . You need that ! You want that ! Soooo you must move more . Make it fun ! Do a dance party ! Keep it simple. ( feel free to DM me to join a free fitness challenge coming this week if you feel you need a boost )

✔️ get proper sleep !!!! I dont think I need to go deeper into this one for you do I ???

Ok one more for now …..

✔️laugh more be social .. surround yourself with those that lift you up .. not bring you down … we can get so caught up in the doing we take the joy out of our lives . We focus on lists instead of laughs . When you focus on laughs you will see the rest of it fall in to place .
