8 WAYS TO MANIFEST WELLNESS
YES ! It is possible to manifest your wellness. Just like it's completely possible for you to manifest your sickness. I know you are thinking I am crazy right now BUT it's true.
I know it's been true for me. I took on soooooooo much and internalized my stress, my emotions, my feeling. I juggled everything but didn't take care of me. So you know what happened right ? I got sick !
Last week you heard me speak alittle about my 91lb weight loss and how I switched to cleaner living and eating to do so . Well if I'm being honest it's not the only thing I did. It takes so nuch more then one trick to change years of abuse I put on my body. When I was diagnosised with Hashimotto's Disease I was a little scared of what this was gonna mean for me. I was overwhlemed on how I was going to figure out the best ways to make me feel better. It had taken me along time to pile together all the research and start working on my own trial & error to see what was going to work.
I have been luckly to have compiled the right habits for me. It takes time to but into practice & everyday can be a battle . But with the right support , the right accountability you can start feeling better.
Today I want to share with you some tips on how you can reverse some of your ailgmnets and manifest a positive wellness . For me many of the tips below have helped me on my personal journal with autoimmune disease.
The fact is if most of you were told that you can bring anything you want into your reality, you wouldn't believe it. You would think it sounded too good to be true?
Many people have heard of the Law of Attraction, but too few use it to their advantage or realize how large of an impact this can have on their lives. The Law of Attraction is one of the laws that govern our universe and affects every living thing. All living things are interconnected, and our thoughts and words manifest in our reality.
However, manifesting a thought or goal, such as more wellness, into reality is not as simple as thinking about it once. You need to put it into practice.
Here are 8 tips to attract wellness through the Law of Attraction.
1. Visualize the Life You Want
If your goal is to feel good in your body, try to visualize what a healthy lifestyle would look like for you. Visualize the abundance of energy you would have throughout the day. Visualize the feeling of loving your body and being confident in your own skin. It is sometimes helpful to create a vision board with inspiring images, quotes, and personalized goals.
2. Believe in your Vision
The Law of Attraction will not work if you don’t truly believe in your vision 100%. Your most inner thoughts are what will become your reality, so you really have to believe that you are capable of becoming the healthiest, happiest, best version of yourself.
3. Believe You Have the Power
You are capable of attracting wellness because you are in control of that situation. Any external factors, such as lack of time or too much work, might make things more challenging, but there is always a solution and it is always possible.
4. Be Strong
The most stressful times in our lives are the times that truly challenge our ability to stick with our wellness plan. Things will always come up, but don’t allow the stress to get to you and knock you down. Remember how good you feel after eating well and moving your body and try to fit it into your routine even when life gets overwhelming.
5. Don't Live Like Life is an Emergency
Establishing a daily routine is so important for achieving your wellness goals. It will minimize the amount of chaos and stress in your life, which will, in turn, help you to stay on track.
6. Don’t make excuses
The excuses you make will eventually allow you to believe that you truly cannot achieve your goals because of “x, y, and z”. You know you can achieve your goals, so try to find solutions for the problems instead of excuses for them.
7. Take Action
If you want to attract wellness, thinking about it and visualizing it is not enough. You must make the changes and act on your thoughts. Be positive, make healthy meals, go to yoga, and stick to the routine you have created for yourself. The results will come with the work that you put in.
8. Live with gratitude
Practicing gratefulness is a skill that will help you with so much more than just your wellness journey. It will change your view on life and reduce the amount of stress you experience. Be grateful that your body is capable of moving or that you can eat a nourishing meal. Living life with gratitude will help you get through the most difficult times and will help you enjoy the most wonderful experiences even more.
